I have many beloved clients who would never dream of trying anything other than highlights. And I don’t blame them: highlights are a tried and tested coloring technique that never go out of style and are perfect for framing your face and adding depth to the hair. There’s nothing I enjoy more than unwrapping those little squares of aluminum foil after the processing time to reveal the gorgeous contrast between lighter and darker strands of hair. So gorgeous!

Highlights are a little more ‘conventional’ than balayage, but they offer a beautiful saturation of color from root to tip and are just as exquisite when applied with care and precision.

Sure, we can all blow-dry our hair at home without too much hassle and with average results. But average won’t always do, and even I sometimes struggle to perfectly dry the back of my own hair! However, having practiced for hours on my (very patient!) mother growing up, my professional blow-outs are something else. They give your hair long-lasting body, stunning shine and that extra je ne sais quoi you simply can’t achieve at home. Ask my mom – once tried, forever smitten.
